Electrode Installation Instructions

1.0 阳极安装说明 Anode Installation Instructions

1.1 定位 Orientation

辅助阳极安装在船体的两侧,其安装位置须满足以下条件。

Auxiliary anode is installed at two ends of the hull, and the installation locations should meet the following requirements:

1.1.1 辅助阳极需安装在轻水线以下,一般与推进器轴平行的位置,特殊情况可上下调整。

Auxiliary anode should be installed under the light water line; generally the location should be parallel with the propeller shaft which could be adjusted upwards or downwards under special circumstances.

1.1.2 辅助阳极在船体的横向位置应该是:两只安装于近艉部。具体位置可由安装工程师现场指导。 The horizontal location of the auxiliary anode on the hull should be: two should be installed near

the stern . The detailed location can be on-site instructed by installation engineer.

1.1.3 阳极安装位置其船体钢板外侧比较平坦。

The external hull plate installing the anode should be relatively flat.

1.1.4 阳极安装位置其船舱内侧有一定空间,易于安装和维修。

The cabin inner installing the anode should have certain space to facilitate the installation and

maintenance.

1.1.5 左舷与右舷两侧安装的阳极应该对称的。

The anodes installed at port side and starboard side should be symmetrical.

1.2 开孔 Hole opening

1.2.1 在确定的位置上用气焊开孔,其孔直径与阳极结构图中尺寸相符。

Open the hole at determined location by gas welding, with the hole diameter identical with the

dimensions in anode structure diagram.

1.2.2 开好孔后应将其清理干净。同时将阳极总成的阳极及绝缘底座拆下。

The opened holes should be cleared, while the anode and the anode assembly remove the insulating

base.

1.3 密封套焊接 Welding the watertight wrap

将阳极结构图中的密封套“9(与安装底板组成一体)”按结构图焊接,在焊接前需将其位置摆正,密封套“9”要与船体垂直,安装底板“7”与船体紧贴并焊接(密封套体在舱内)。 The anode structure diagram of the sealed set of “9 (Composed of one floor with the installation)” according to welding chart, Need to be in place before welding straighten, Seal sets of “9” with the vertical hull, Install floor “7” and the ship close and welding(Seal sets of body in the cabin).

1.4 水密罩焊接 Welding the watertight gland

将阳极结构图中水密罩“16”按结构图焊接在密封套的外圈。

1.5 阳极安装 Anode Installation

1.5.1 将阳极按结构图进行安装,(舱外有人)将阳极接线柱从密封套孔伸入舱内,在舱内将阳极

的接线柱定位并将密封橡皮塞、绝缘套“15”水密压盖等按正确安装方式装上。并用万用电表测试阳极与船体的绝缘度,正常情况为不导通。一切正常后,在船体外壳用固定螺丝将阳极绝缘底座“4”与安装底板“7”固定,同时在舱内将水密罩压盖拧紧。

阳极待用。

Inspection: check the insulation degree between the anode and the plate; check whether the fastening screws are loose, whether the watertight is reliable. The anode will be ready for use after all are confirmed to be normal.

1.6 涂装阳极屏蔽层 Anode shield paint

在阳极安装好后,在阳极四周涂装阳极屏蔽层,屏蔽层的面积为:3.14m(Φ2000mm),其厚度为:阳极四周围应达2.0mm,最远的部分为1mm,在涂装前应将涂刷部位除锈出白达Sa21/2。阳极屏蔽层为甲、乙两组份分装,使用时将甲、乙两组份1:1混合搅拌均匀后涂刷。

1.7 检验 Test

阳极安装好后,需进行检验,内容有:

The following items should be tested after the anode is installation:

a) 绝缘试验:在无水无雾条件下,其绝缘度>1MΩ,若有雾,用万用电表测不导通即可。

Insulation test: under waterproof and fog proof condition, the insulation degree should be > 1MΩ; If fog, it should be unconnected when measured with avometer.

b) 耐压试验:接入压缩空气,压力0.5MPa,历时15分钟无变化为合格。

Anti-pressure test: Connect the compressed air, no changes in 15 minutes will be qualified with the pressure of 0.5MPa;

2.0 参比电极安装 Reference Electrode Installation

2.1 定位 Orientation

按照设计要求确定参比电极在船体的具体安装位置。

Determine the detailed installation location of reference electrode in the hull according to the design

requirements.

2.2 开孔 Hole opening

在确定的位置开孔,孔的直径为Ф91mm,开好孔后,应将其清理干净。

Open the hole at determined location with the hole diameter of Ф91mm. The opened hole should be

cleared.

2.3 焊接安装底板 Welding the installation backplane

将“参比电极结构图”中的底座法兰“3”按结构图焊接(需两面焊接),在焊接前需将其位置摆正,要与船体垂直。

Weld the mounting flange “3” in the reference electrode structure diagram in accordance with the

structure diagram (both sides should be welded), the location should be vertical with the hull and it should be correctly located before welding.

2.4 安装参比电极 Reference Electrode Installation

将参比电极总成按结构图将进行安装,将参比电极体从舱内伸入安装底板孔中,用螺丝将水密罩法兰与安装底板固定。

The reference electrode assembly should be installed according to the structure diagram, insert the reference electrode through the cabin into the hole on installation backplane, and then fix the watertight enclosure flange with the installation backplane with the screws.

2.5 接线 Wire connection

先将参比电极线接上,并拧紧螺母。

Connect the reference electrode wires and tight the nuts.

2.6 检查:检查参比电极与钢板的绝缘度,紧固螺丝是否松动,水密是否可靠,确认一切正常后,

将参比电极待用。

Inspection: check the insulation degree between the reference electrode and the plate; check whether the fastening screws are loose, whether the watertight is reliable. The reference electrode will be ready for use after all are confirmed to be normal.

2.7 检验 Test

参比电极安装好后,需进行检验,内容有:

The following items should be tested after the reference electrode is installation:

a) 绝缘试验:用万用电表测定参比电极电缆与船体钢板之间的`电阻,若显示不导通即为合格。

Insulation test: measure the resistance between the reference electrode cable and hull plate with avometer, if unconnected, it will be qualified.

b) 耐压试验:接入压缩空气,压力0.5MPa,历时15分钟无变化为合格。

Anti-pressure test :Connect the compressed air, no changes in 15 minutes will be qualified with the pressure of 0.5MPa;

Test procedures and methods of ICCP

1.0 试验前的准备 Preparation before the test

装置在运行试验前,必须对装置的安装及接线进行严格检查,其检查内容有:

Before the device operation test, the device installation and wire connection should be strictly inspected, including:

1.1 阳极检查:Anode Inspection

在船舶下水前,检查阳极与船体钢板是否绝缘,正常情况应该绝缘不导通,如果发现导通须找原因进行处理,同时检查水密安装是否可靠,安装是否牢固,在船舶下水后应再次检查水密情况。

Before the ship launching, the insulation between the anode and the hull plate should be checked; under normal circumstances, it should be insulated without connection; if connected, find the reasons for treatment; at the same time check whether the watertight installation is reliable and whether the installation is fastened; re-check the watertight situation after the ship launching.

1.2 参比电极检查:主要检查水密情况。

Inspection of reference electrode: mainly check the watertight situation.

1.3 恒电仪检查:检查恒电位仪安装是否牢固,设备在安装中是否被损坏。

Inspection of potentiostat: check whether the potentiostat installation is solid and whether the

equipment is damaged during the installation.

1.4 接线检查:Wire connection inspection:

检查恒电位仪AC进线,联接是否正确,牢固。

Check whether the potentiostat AC line and connection are correct and firm.

阳极线检查:检查阳极线两端是否正确联接。

Anode wire inspection: check whether two ends of anode wire are correctly connected.

阴极线:接地线是否正确接地。

Cathode wire: check whether the grounding wire is correctly grounded.

参比电极线:参比电极线是否接线正确,参比电极接线是否接好。

Reference electrode wire: check whether the reference electrode wire is correctly connected and whether the reference wire connection is well connected.

2.0 运行试验 Operation test

2.1 在检查无误后才可以启动恒电位仪,进入运行试验状态。

Start the potentiostat to enter the operation test state if the inspection is normal.

“功能选择”开关K2置“手控”位置,并将W1、W2、W3电位器由逆时针方向旋转后回转二圈。 Place the “FUNCTION SELECTION” switch K2 should be set at “Manual control” position, and

W1, W2 and W3 potentiometer should be anti-clockwise rotated before two circles back-rotation.

2.2 开机试验 Boot-strap test

2.2.1 手控试验 Manual control test

置“电源开关”K1于“ON”,数字显示表点亮,选择电位测量开关K3置于给定电位档,顺时针旋转“手控”电位器W1,使输出电压、电流逐渐上升。

Place the “power switch” K1 on “ON”, the digital display meter will light up, select the potential measurement switch K3 on the given potential grade, rotate in clockwise way the “manual control” potentiometer W1 to keep the output voltage and current rising gradually.

2.2.2 自动控制试验 Automatic control test

若上述正常,将开关K2置“恒电位”位置,K3调到给定位置上,顺时针调节恒电位的电位器

W2,使电位逐渐上升至所设的保护电位-0.82V。观察参比电位跟综给定电位值。若参比电极跟踪测定的电位值与设定电位值基本一致,即为正常(注:在本设备中,采用Ag-AgCl参比电极,其电位已转化显示为正值)。

If the above are normal, set switch K2 at “potentiostatic” position and K3 to given position;

clockwise adjust the potentiometer W2 of the potentiostat to increase the potential to the set protection potential -0.82V. Observe the given potential value by tracking reference potential. If the measured potential value tracking by reference electrode is basically identical with the preset potential value, namely, normal. (Note: For this device, the potential has been changed to negative value using Ag-AgCl reference electrode is used, the potential has been changed to display positive value).

2.3 恒电流 Constant current

将K2开关置“恒电流”位置,顺时针调节电流电位器W3,使电流逐渐上升至所设的保护电位上,该电流保持恒定。

Place K2 switch on the “constant current” position, regulate the current potentiometer W3 to keep the current rising gradually to the preset protection potentiometer, and the current keeps constant. 以上三项内容正常后,将K2置“恒电位”位置,K3置“给定”位置,设备进入长期运行状态。

On condition that above-mentioned three contents are normal, place K2 on “Constant potential” position, and K3 on “given” position, the equipment will start it long-term operation.
